I found my way to the mortgage industry after moving to Florida in 1982. My career in this industry began by working for a mortgage company and within the banking system. Throughout my career, I gained recognition as a top producer in the state while working for Southeast Bank in 1989. I was nominated Affiliate of the Year at the Pompano Board of Realtors in 1992. By 1995, I started off as a training underwriter with First Union Bank and worked my way up to Senior Underwriter within three years.
Those experiences eventually led me to venture off on my own to satisfy my entrepreneurial spirit. I opened my own Mortgage Brokerage Business in 1997. Having owned a Mortgage Brokerage Firm for 20 years, I have also studied for and obtained an appraiser license, insurance license and real estate license in addition to my mortgage broker license.
Knowing many facets of the mortgage industry is what allows me to strive to ensure that my mortgage clients are presented with the best options for their needs as well as ensuring a closing that is both smooth and efficient.
I believe one’s reputation is the most important asset you can gain in business, and I have earned this recognition because of my exceptional customer service. I have worked and lived in the community for over 3o years and I have seen the changes, understand the market and I am always available to answer any questions you have.
